BAHRAIN POST

The Kingdom Mail service provides commercial clients with quick and convenient delivery services of high quantities of regular correspondence with other institutions such as banks, Ministries, etc. Mail is collected, transported and delivered to and from the location of the business up to twice a day for a monthly fee.

Service requirements and documents:

• Use the envelopes specified for the service
• Valid contract

Steps to proceed with the service:

• Advise the customer service representative.
• Sign a contract for the service as per agreed terms and conditions.
• Coordinate visit details with Bahrain Post Storing Center.  

Payment:

• As per contract

This service allows Bahrain Post customers to send postal items such as letters, documents, samples, or gifts as registered mail for local or international delivery. Items sent through this service can be tracked using a postal tracking number and is available for postal items weighing between 0 grams and 2000 grams.

Service requirements and documents:

• Valid contract.
• Filled electronic form.
• Ensure that the sender and the recipient’s details on the postal item are complete and correct.
• Ensure that postal items are packaged in a secure manner.
• Postal items must meet the weight and dimensions criteria for the service.
• Postal items should not contain any prohibited items as per international laws and agreements.

• Advise the customer service representative on the required service.
• Sign contract and agree on terms and conditions.
• Receive postal item and dispatch to local/international destination.

Payment:

• As per contract

This service allows Bahrain Post customers to send more than 10 postal items as Ordinary Mail, Registered Mail, or Express Mail. These items may include letters, documents, samples, or gifts, and can be delivered locally or internationally. Items can be tracked using a tracking number (not applicable to Ordinary Mail). The weight of the items must range from 0 grams to 30 kilograms, with weight limits depending on the type of service selected.

• Applicant’s ID card.
• Completion of the electronic form (not applicable for Ordinary Mail).
• Sender and recipient information must be written clearly and completely on the postal item.
• The sender must properly package the postal item in advance to ensure its safety.
• The item must meet the prescribed weight and dimension limits.
• The items must not contain any prohibited materials, as per national laws and international agreements.

Steps to Use the Service

• Request the service from the post office counter staff.
• Complete the electronic form (not applicable for Ordinary Mail).
• Pay the applicable fees and receive a payment receipt.
