This service allows Bahrain Post customers to send more than 10 postal items as Ordinary Mail, Registered Mail, or Express Mail. These items may include letters, documents, samples, or gifts, and can be delivered locally or internationally. Items can be tracked using a tracking number (not applicable to Ordinary Mail). The weight of the items must range from 0 grams to 30 kilograms, with weight limits depending on the type of service selected.
Service Requirements and Required Documents
- Applicant’s ID card.
- Completion of the electronic form (not applicable for Ordinary Mail).
- Sender and recipient information must be written clearly and completely on the postal item.
- The sender must properly package the postal item in advance to ensure its safety.
- The item must meet the prescribed weight and dimension limits.
- The items must not contain any prohibited materials, as per national laws and international agreements.
Steps to Use the Service
- Request the service from the post office counter staff.
- Complete the electronic form (not applicable for Ordinary Mail).
- Pay the applicable fees and receive a payment receipt.
