Bahrain Post issues commemorative stamps, first issue covers, and souvenir sheets marking various occasions on a regular basis.  Commemorative and special stamps are offered for sale to customers of postal stamps for a period of no more than 6 months from the date of issue and are available for purchase at any Bahrain Post outlet. Stamp collectors may obtain the stamps from the Philatelic Bureau during a maximum period of two years from the date of issue.
