Service Requirements and Required Documents

- Sender and recipient information must be written clearly and completely on the postal item.
- The sender must properly package the postal item in advance to ensure its safety.
- The item must meet the prescribed weight and dimension limits.
- The item must not contain any prohibited materials, as per national laws and international agreements.
- The value of postage stamps must match the service fees.
