    You will receive a message with collection details as soon as your package is ready, including the pickup electronic box location and access instructions.

  • How long do I have to collect my package from the box?

    You have 48 hours to collect your package from the pickup box.

  • What happens to my package if I do not collect it within 48 hours?

    If you do not collect the package within 48 hours, it will be returned to the sorting center, where it will be kept for a specific period known as the retention period. The length of this period depends on the type of postal service (ordinary, registered, or express). If the package is not collected within this period, it will be returned to the sender.

  • Can my package be collected in my name by another person that has my collection code?

    Yes, the package may be collected by a third party, provided they present the valid collection code issued to you.
